Ui secondary packaging

Ui is an ambitious new type of alcohol and a new brand created by Pernod-Ricard’s innovation team, the Breakthrough Innovation Group.
They commissioned me to work on the structural packaging, the secondary packaging, the consumer journey, the retail concept, on a 2 year long research.

I initiated a collaboration with Paperfoam, an innovative packaging manufacturer in the Netherlands, to develop a new mould technique to inject the 100% biodegradable paper pulp that’s used for the "petal" of the bottle and the outer box.
